I met Dawn on Myrtle Beach state park pier fishing with my father, we where talking and finding out we are all from the north, she stated she was a real estate agent and I asked her for her card as I was retiring soon and want to live near by to assist my parents. When my fiance' and I contacted her she was overwhelmed that I remembered her almost 9 months later. I kept her card. Well we informed her what we were interested in and she started providing us houses to review online as we lived in North Georgia. So we planned a day to come out she had met us for coffee at and had a full packet for us, 15 houses we looked at from 0830 to 1715 in the afternoon. She had them all lined up and figured on time for reviewing houses, and even fitted in a lunch. It was a lot to look at but I have to say she is well prepared and knows what she is doing when it comes to real estate. She cared so much for what we wanted, and after the selecting the house we wanted she was our middle person between the builder and us. She came by the house frequently as it was being built and took pictures for us. She met our home inspector on site and took pictures with him of items found and discussed them with our builder. I have to say we don' have anything negative to say about Dawn, she is positive, bright, courteous and caring and I should say very professional. First impressions say a lot, so I guess on the pier she made an impression on me, and happy we chose her.

Any communications issues expressed mainly had to do with emails coming in from various sources, making it difficult for the family members to see when an email was sent. That, usually, resulted in even a greater delay in response.
The documents that are sent electronically to sign are always a problem. I wonder if it would help if perhaps you could send out an email immediately prior to those going out to let people know to expect the documents and give the source of the email. I know I was one of the ones who occasionally didn’t see emails. It’s due to my ghost email account. I have the same problem getting some emails from Gary, so don’t take it personally. ;) The main reason I’ve mentioned communication, is that’s what I’ve heard. I’m not complaining about anything. I’m well aware of my email issues.
I try to keep close contact with Cora to make sure neither of us miss anything. We’ll continue to do so in the future. I appreciate everything you’ve done to get us through this process. I know it hasn’t been easy.
