  • You want to be sure that you know if the house in a flood zone and, if so, which one?
  • You want to be sure to check on the wind zone and verify that wind and hail is coverage is included in your insurance policy.
  • If you are looking into purchasing an oceanfront condo, use a local lender that is familiar with all of the guidelines and programs available for financing and see if your HO6 insurance is covered in your association dues.
