"Where is a good place to eat"? This is a question I get more often than you'd think. The other day I met a new client at my office and I was asked that question again. This time I had the perfect answer, Waterscapes at the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes. This restaurant is one of Myrtle Beach's hidden treasures and is sure to please! I, myself, have eaten there many times and every time leaves me wanting more.
Waterscapes' Executive Chef is C.R. "Robbie" Nicolaisen. Chef Nicolaisen directs his focus to quality local ingredients and builds his menu off of what is seasonal and locally available. His belief is "to uphold, preserve and educate the importance of sustainability and the naturality of our food". Every item on their dinner menu reflects these beliefs and makes for a truly wonderful dining experience.
This farm to table concept is unique in Myrtle Beach as one of only a few restaurants who provide a consistently changing, seasonal menu using local sources and sustainable practices.
