Home staging is setting the Stage for home-selling, the process is designed to show off the homes strengths while minimizing it's weaknessess. Your objective is to make sure the property is presented in the best possible light. 


The ultimate goal is to make a buyer have an emotional connection to the house by making the home look warm and inviting, and creating a space that they can picture themselves living in.

  • Appealing Curb Side

The outside of your house is the first impression a buyer has of your home. It's importaint to maintain apperances. To ensure a good impression make sure the yard is well kept, both front and back. Cleaning up the shrubery and adding a touch of flowers for a nice pop of color.

  • Declutter and Depersonalizing 

When it comes to showing a house, a clean home is a happy home. It's importaint to clean and remove unessecary clutter. While cleaning your home it's easy to depersonalize your home at the same time. Buyers want to see themselves living in this house and can't vizualize this will your personal items around. 

  • Painting

Everyone one loves a fresh coat of paint, So why doesn't your buyer deserve one? Many experts recommend using a neautral color such as Beige, White/off White, and Grey because it makes a home feel fresh and inviting to the living space. 

  • Lighting up the Stage

Lighting gives off a cheerful vibe for potential homebuyers. There are three types of lighting recommended to use, Ambient ( overhead lighting or general), Task( such as reading lamps, under-cabinet) and Accent lighting.

  • Small Repairs and Cheap Upgrades

You know that leaky faucet in the guest bedroom you just never got around to fixing? Take the time to make these small repairs for the showing. It's shows the potential homebuyer that everything is in working condition and that they will not have to replace minor things during their move. 

Taking these tips and applying them to your own home is critical in the process of Selling your home fast and easy!
