"What is something I can do to help my home seller faster that won't cost me a lot of money?" This is a great question and though Myrtle Beach is a beautiful place and we have a strong real estate market, sellers go through the same thing no matter where they are. If you have a small budget and you want to spruce up your home for a quick sale, here are a few tips that just might help!

  1. PAINT!! New paint brightens up everything! Painting your trim in a fresh coat of white makes everything look new and clean and painting your walls or even your front door can make all the difference in the world.
  2. Get inspired! Whether you cut out pictures of homes you like in magazines or use Pinterest to peruse for new ideas, Get inspired! Choose something that you know you can do and try it out. Whether you are replacing the curtains, sewing new pillows for an accent color or just replacing the outlet/light switch covers to new ones, a little bit of inspiration can go a long way.
  3. Seek a pro! For a professional opinion who better to ask than your Realtor?! It's a free consultation and it allows you to stage your home yourself while having the benefit of looking at your home through a buyers eyes. You could also ask for Interior Designer or Staging referrals should you wish to hire someone to do it for you.

Hopefully these helpful tips will put you well on your way to a SOLD!
